Smart bracket with several uses. Most commonly used as an angle bracket extension when you feel the angle bracket is not quite long enough because you want the curtain pole to sit further out from the wall. Or as a ceiling bracket – mount track brackets in the extension, and you get a fixed distance between the tracks and avoid having to make several holes.
The picture shows a 10 cm angle bracket extension.
