Order

Which countries do you ship to?

Hastahome.se only delivers to Sweden.

Don't live in Sweden? Visit our international website hastahome.com – with delivery throughout the EU and Norway.

Can you partially deliver an order if I've ordered both standard goods and custom-made products?

No, unfortunately we cannot do that.

Is there a discount code?

To make sure you don't miss out on our offers and discount codes, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which is sent out about once a month with inspiration and offers!

Has my order gone through?

If your purchase has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation immediately after the purchase has been made. Don't forget to check your spam folder in case it's there!

Can I change my order?

No, once the purchase is complete, you cannot change your order. If you forgot something, you can place a new order, and if you regret something, you can return the item to us later.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

We offer payment through Klarna Checkout. In connection with your registration, we use your social security number to verify your address. Through Klarna Checkout, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment, and direct payment.
Our invoices are sent via email when the order is dispatched from us. The invoice has a due date of 14 days. More information and full terms and conditions about Klarna's payment methods can be found at Klarna.se

How do I get my money back on a return?

The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.

Where can I view my invoice?

If you have chosen invoice as your payment method, you will find it in your account at Klarna.
Log in to your Klarna account to view all information about your invoice. There, you can see the due date, amount, purchase date, and more.

Deliveries

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are SEK 59 and SEK 179 for longer goods (over 110cm) respectively. For orders over SEK 899, shipping is free!

For extra-long products, goods over 260 cm, an additional long goods shipping fee of SEK 599 applies. For orders with long goods shipping, free shipping over SEK 899 does not apply.

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been packed and shipped from us, you will receive an email. After that, it takes 1-2 days for your package to arrive.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

We charge a fee of SEK 350 for uncollected packages, which corresponds to the actual costs for return shipping, shipping costs, and handling.

Returns

How long is my right of return?

If the product does not fit in your window, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the product.

What does the return cost?

For standard packages, returns cost SEK 59, and for packages longer than 110 cm, it is SEK 179.

For extra long products, items over 260 cm, long goods shipping of SEK 599 applies.

How do I advertise a product?

If you need to make a complaint about a product, please use our online form.

How do I return my order?

You can return a product to us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Since we hope the product can bring joy to someone else, it is important that you pack the product as neatly as it arrived. Save the outer box so you can use the same one for the return. If the product is used, damaged, or otherwise affected in such a way that it cannot be resold, we unfortunately cannot approve the return. Note! We regret that we cannot offer returns on custom-made products as they are specially adapted to your measurements. Here's how to return standard packages:

1. Register your return online at Register Return
2. Tick the return box on the accompanying sheet you received with your package; send this back with the product.
3. Use the return shipping label you received with the package to send the item back.
Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the money to your account, minus the return shipping cost.

Here's how to return long packages (delivered to you by UPS):
1. Register your return online at Register Return
2. We will send you a return shipping label and a label after you register the return online (you will receive it by email on the next business day).
3. Tick the return box on the accompanying sheet you received with your package; send this back with the product.
4. Fill in the delivery note and attach it along with the aforementioned sheet inside the package, then print out the label and tape it onto the package.
5. Contact UPS to book a pickup for the package.
Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the money to your account, minus the return shipping cost.

Can I exchange my product?

To exchange your item, you need to return it and then place a new order for the product you want. This does not apply to custom-made items, where unfortunately we cannot offer a right of return.

Can I return an item after opening the package?

You may open the packaging and inspect the product, but if the product is used, damaged, or otherwise affected in a way that prevents it from being resold, we unfortunately cannot approve a return. Therefore, it is important that you save the outer carton so you can use the same for the return and that you pack the product as neatly as it was packed when it arrived to you.

Can I return custom-made products?

No, unfortunately, we cannot offer a right of return on custom-made or cut-to-measure products, as they are specially adapted to your specific dimensions.
