Curtain tracks for double curtains

Hotel rail
With our double-track hotel curtain rail, it's easy to achieve that luxurious hotel feeling at home. One rail – for two layers! Screws directly into the ceiling through the pre-drilled holes.

Two single rails
You can also choose to buy two single-track rails and mount them at a distance from each other.
In the picture, you see two of our U-rails mounted with a distance of approximately 10 cm between them. Here, we have created a wave arrangement with quite large waves. Therefore, two single-track rails were an excellent choice, as they give you control over the distance and allow you to ensure that the intended curtain arrangement fits.
Common questions about double curtain rails
How far apart should the rails be?
The distance between the tracks depends on the type of suspension you desire. Hotel waves require greater depth to accommodate the waves, as they build both forwards and backwards in depth. We recommend approximately 10 cm between the tracks for hotel waves. If you are using glides on a cord, we recommend additional space between the tracks, with about 16 cm being suitable.
If you are using pinch pleat hooks instead, the pleats are not as deep and only build forwards. How much the pleats build depends on how closely you set the pleats, but about 5 cm between the tracks is usually sufficient.
Can I use double rails if I'm mounting on a wall?
Absolutely! For wall-mounted double curtain tracks, you'll need to mount two tracks on the same bracket. Contact us and we'll help you!
