With this option, you have more freedom of choice when it comes to measurements, as you can choose a custom-made roller blind according to your exact measurements and then add a motor. Follow the steps below to create your perfect motorised roller blind solution!

1. Choose your roller blind

Most roller blinds can be motorised, you just need to choose the right motor. All roller blinds with standard screw fittings can be motorised – the suitability of the motor primarily depends on the diameter of the roller blind tube (28 mm or 38 mm). The screw-free roller blind Tension can also be motorised with a motor specifically designed for that model.

2. Choose your motor

In our range, you will find several types of motors that fit the same roller blind models. These are distinguished by the series they belong to: White Line, Red Line version 1 or Red Line version 2. The motors are often equivalent but may have certain features that differentiate them. In our range, you will also find a powerful battery motor from Somfy.

You can find more information about each roller blind motor on the product pages. Feel free to contact us if you need help choosing a suitable motor for your roller blind or book a free digital consultation.

Once you have identified which motors are suitable for your roller blind model, it's time to decide whether you want to buy an electric motor or a battery motor.
