Child safety

Roller blinds, Roman blinds, and other sun protection products adjusted with a ball chain or cord can pose a strangulation risk if they are within reach of small children. At Hasta, we naturally want to help you avoid this risk and have developed safety devices for all our sun protection products that keep the chain out of reach of your children. To avoid risk, be sure to install this safety device at a sufficient height and carefully read the recommendations in the accompanying instructions.

Installation height
Installation height is the distance from the floor up to the point where the blind is mounted. On made-to-measure blinds with a cord or beaded chain, the installation height is used to adjust the length of the operation so that it ends up at a child-safe distance (150 cm above the floor).
