Add some color to your spring

Just in time for the spring sun to warm up, we're releasing the second part of our new curtain collection! Here you'll find an exciting new addition and favorites from our existing collection in new, somewhat more dramatic colors. The first part was dominated by beige curtains, and as much as we love this warm yet neutral shade, we're now happy to introduce a little more color into our curtain assortment.

In our trend spotting for 2022, we saw how earthy tones continue to be hot, but at the same time, a lot of vibrant colors are emerging that liven up and create beautiful contrasts in the home. Get inspired below by two different ways to add color to your interior with some of this season's big trend shades!

The beautiful green

We absolutely LOVE this lovely colour, which is predicted to be the big focus colour in 2022! The green shades provide wonderful energy and continue the already hot trend of decorating with nature as inspiration. At the same time, it is a grateful colour that is easy to match and decorate with without it feeling too intense or overwhelming.

The colour combines beautifully with interior details in lovely natural materials and harmonises very well with the popular beige shade that dominates many Scandinavian homes. Adding green details and textiles therefore becomes an easy way to introduce more colour into the home, without having to drastically change the balance or style. In addition, it is a colour that gives energy and makes us happy – a perfect way to welcome the long-awaited spring, in other words!

Warm russet red

Red, bolder tones are also part of our 2022 trend report! This lovely rust-red shade is an exciting, more daring alternative to neutral earthy tones, yet it’s a color that brings a sense of calm and harmony to your home thanks to its subdued expression. This burnt shade looks particularly beautiful on textiles and other interior details and pairs well with a neutral base as a popping accent color. Red tones might feel a bit unusual in the classically very light Scandinavian interior, but if you dare to shake things up a bit, the rust-red shade is a beautiful trend color to introduce into your home for a cozy, tranquil feeling.
